TGIF is a
weekly meme hosted by the amazing Ginger at GReads!
This week
she wants to know:
Comfort
Reads: Which books do you go to for comfort & familiarity?
Is there a
type of book you seek out when you're needing that extra bit of comfort in your
life?

One of my
comfort reads clearly are the books of the Stephanie Plum series by Janet
Evanovich. I love this series – Stephanie’s chaotic life and her unconventional
ways of solving crimes.
Another book I turn to when looking for a
comfort read is Ali McNamara’s From Notting Hill with Love…Actually!
I haven't read any books by Evanovich but I've heard such good things, I hope to check at least one out soon.

ReplyDeleteI've never read the Stephanie Plum series, but I really think I ought to check them out. And that other book looks adorable!
ReplyDeleteI'm with you - the Stephanie Plum series is definitely my idea of comfort books - quick, fast-paced, funny, and lots of fun!
