I'm not the best with reading hyped or popular books. I tend to shy away from them when everyone talks about them. So there are some pretty popular authors I've not read so far. From some of them I already own books but they are still unread.

Good list, I love John Green books so I would recommend trying one of them out someday. Also Veronica Roth and Sarah Dessen make my list as well.
